Who should attend Nap At The Museum?
Children of pre-school age, from 2 - 6, and their parents or carers can attend free of charge.
Children under 2 are welcome to attend, though will need to be registered in advance, and please advise if you will be bringing a buggy.
Additional adults can attend free of charge. Journalists, bloggers and influencers are also welcome, but will need to register using the additional adult ticket option

How long will the event last?
Doors open at 12:30 and drop-in sessions start at 12:45.
The raffle and competitions will be drawn at 2:15, and the whole event will finish at 2:30.
Goody bags will be handed out on departure, in exchange for a coupon.

What is included in my ticket?
Children's tickets include all activities and sleep expert sessions
Children's refreshments including one healthy snack and milk or water, in exchange for a voucher supplied for each child to the adult on arrival.
A goody bag in exchange for a voucher which will be distributed on arrival.
Vouchers for use on the day will be distributed in a voucher book on arrival
Participation in competitions (not including the raffle) are also included.

What is not included in my ticket?
Raffle tickets are not included.
Adult tickets are free of charge but adult refreshments are available to purchase either in advance or on the day for a flat rate of £3.50 to include a drink and food item.
Items available to purchase in the marketplace are not included, or any books on sale

Is there any parking?
There is no on-site parking but there are several car parks within a five minute walk of the Museum in central St Albans.

Are there toilets on-site?
Yes, on both floors, as well as baby changing

Is there a lift in the venue?
Yes, though it is small so there may be a wait between 12:00 and 1:00pm

Is there a buggy park?
Yes, buggies can be left outside the main room in a safe room which will be manned throughout the event..

What happens if my child has food allergies?
Food will be supplied packaged and labelled clearly and a variety of milks will be available. Please advise of any specific dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. We will do our best to find an alternative.

What is the refund policy?
Please first see if anyone wants to buy your tickets, before requesting a refund, as we expect to have a waiting list. If you would still like a refund, please email before the 22nd September to guarantee a refund.
