Deliveries and returns
Our UK-based manufacturer supplies all of our products to order, with an estimated production time of up to 14 days.
We send a confirmation email on receipt of orders, and another to advise that an order has been shipped.
We use Royal Mail to manage our deliveries at present. Please allow 3 days for a delivery to arrive on receipt of the shipping email. Sometimes there are delays, out of our control, so please do wait 4 days before contacting us if you haven’t received an order.
We ship to UK only at present, but please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order with a request for international shipping and we can provide a price.
We do our best to get our products out on time, while still giving them the personal touch, so bank holidays and busy periods may create a delay, but we will send updates if this is the case.
Need an item more quickly?
For some non-personalised items, we keep a small amount of stock, so if you need an item urgently, please email us before you place your order so we can check if have stock, and can confirm if a faster delivery is possible.
We trust our UK based manufacturers to produce the best quality products for us, and they don’t let us down, They quality check all of our products, and so do we, but if there is an issue with something you order, please email us with a photo to email@example.com and we will review and do our best to solve the problem.
We are happy to offer refunds within 28 days of receipt of the order, for non-personalised items. It is your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage, unless an item has proven to be faulty. The return address will be sent upon receipt of an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you would like to make a return.
Our personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or faulty, so please make sure you have double-checked the name, spelling and design before placing your order.
Please also note that once a personalised order has been placed, there is a brief 24 hour order cancellation policy. Please email us at email@example.com, with “urgent cancellation” in the title to cancel within 24 hours of ordering to guarantee a refund.
